When I came back from the Spring Festival, my friend taught me how to make sweet and sour pork tenderloin, because my younger sister likes it very much.

Sweet and Sour Pork

1. Tenderloin cut

2. Then add the cooking wine soy sauce starch

3. Grab well and marinate for 15 minutes

4. Balsamic vinegar

5. Add soy sauce

6. Add salt and tomato sauce

7. Adding sugar

8. Add water and stir into syrup

9. Add starch to the basin

10. Stir evenly after adding clean water

11. Add the marinated meat to the starch

12. Add oil to the pot

13. Then add the marinated meat to fry

14. Fried surface yellow

15. Fry it once in the pan

16. Finally fried until the surface is crispy

17. Add the adjusted sweet and sour sauce to the pot

18. Boil the juice and add the fried meat

19. Cook for two minutes

20. Add sesame

21. Add salt

22. Boil until delicious and serve

Tips:

Be sure to pay more attention to the temperature when frying, just to re-fry the surface to be crispy.
