The sweet and sour pork loin of Shandong cuisine is the most famous. The sweet and sour pork tenderloin is mainly made of pork tenderloin, with flour, starch, vinegar and other ingredients. 1. Cut the tenderloin into 1 cm thick strips, soak in starch and water

Tips:

When boiling the tomato sauce, cook it a little longer, and wait until the color of the sauce becomes redder than the color of the tomato sauce, otherwise the color of the finished product is not beautiful enough.
