Sweet and Sour Pork

Cut the tenderloin into thick strips and wash.

Put the cooking wine, salt, starch, and pepper evenly and marinate for more than 15 minutes.

Put tomato sauce, vinegar, June fresh soy sauce, sugar in the bowl.

Mix the seasonings well.
5.
Fry the tenderloin in a frying pan until golden.

Add seasonings to a pot, a little oil, and low heat until the soup thickens.
7.
Pour into the tenderloin. Sprinkle a little white sesame seeds.
8.
Stir-fry and get out of the pot.
Tips:
White sesame is the finishing touch!
