My husband and I are the only ones at home! So I will try some dishes that I rarely cook at home! I like cooking and my husband's satisfied expression after cooking! The kitchen makes me very happy!

Sweet and Sour Pork

1. Cut the tenderloin into strips. Not too thick but not too thin! Chopped green onion, garlic, and ginger mince and set aside!

2. The sweet and sour sauce I asked for at KFC. This way you don’t have to season it yourself, which is much more convenient!

3. Put the sweet and sour sauce in a bowl, add a little water, light soy sauce, and salt. Stir well and set aside. This sweet and sour sauce has a moderate taste. If you like more vinegar, you can add some vinegar. But the sweetness doesn't need to be added! It will be very sweet in the plus

4. Marinate the meat for 15 minutes with cooking wine, a little salt and pepper powder. Add starch and mix well before frying.

5. Pay attention to the oil temperature when frying. Don't be too high, just a small fire. Fry until golden brown and slightly burnt, place it on the drain rack to control excess oil.

6. Fry the meat strips and put them on a plate for later use.

7. Put a little oil in the pot, add chopped green onion, minced ginger, and minced garlic to fry until fragrant.

8. Put the sweet and sour sauce and fry it until it's a bit sticky, so you don't need to put starch in it

9. Add the fried meat strips and stir-fry quickly over high heat, each meat strip is covered with sauce. Add the white sesame seeds and flip it to get out of the pot!

Tips:

If you have children at home, you can put some carrot sticks, it's nutritious and delicious! The taste is really amazing!
