Sweet and Sour Pork
1.
First cut the tenderloin into strips. I am a lazy person, so I just cut into strips.
2.
Then marinate with white pepper and egg white for more than ten minutes
3.
Coat the marinated tenderloin with starch, shake off the excess, put oil in the pan and heat until 70% hot, add the tenderloin and fry until the shape is set, remove and reheat until the oil is 10% hot and deep-fry again. Be careful not to fry Old, so as not to affect the taste of the tenderloin!
4.
Remove after frying, put a little oil in the pot, sweet and sour tomato sauce starch water juice! This can be blended in advance, two parts white sugar, one part ketchup, two parts starch, a little water, a little salt, and mix thoroughly for later use! Heat the oil in the pan and cook until it becomes foamy and thick. Stir the tenderloin evenly out of the pan, or pour it on top. If you like garlic flavor, add minced garlic to the sweet and sour sauce and stir fry together!
