Sweet and Sour Pork

Wash tenderloin and cut into thick strips

Marinate the chopped tenderloin with salt, wine, soy sauce, chopped green onion and ginger for a while

Add egg whites and appropriate amount of starch (you can also use flour), grasp it with your hands, so that each tenderloin can be battered

When the frying pan is 40-50% hot, add the tenderloin one by one and fry on a low heat, taking care not to stick to each other

Remove when the color turns yellow and cool

Put all the meat in a large fire oil pan, re-fry for a few seconds, and remove it immediately
