No one seems to dislike this dish! The tenderloin is very tender. After being coated with starch and fried, it is mixed in sweet and sour sauce. It tastes crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, sweet and sour on the inside. It is popular with friends of all ages! My nephew loves meat, but he doesn't touch any fat. Every time he comes to my house, he asks me to cook this dish for him.

Ingredients

Sweet and Sour Pork

1. Tenderloin shredded

2. Put salt, pepper, shredded ginger, and egg white to marinate for 15 minutes

3. Remove the shredded ginger and place it on a large plate. Sprinkle the starch while grasping it until all the shredded pork is coated with starch and do not stick to each other.

4. Shake off the excess starch and fry in a frying pan until the surface is slightly yellow
