Sweet and Sour Pork

Prepare the main ingredients you need, the black eggs are very small, if you use half of them, it’s enough

The tenderloin is cut into long strips about half a centimeter thick, and marinated for a while with eggs and a small amount of salt. A little bit of salt is good. It is not for salty taste. Adding a small amount of salt can make the sugar sweeter. If you want to be sweet, add salt first.

Coat a layer of cornstarch evenly, make sure that all pork is evenly covered, and shake off the excess flour when you wait.

Boil the oil pan to 60% hot, fry the lower tenderloin once, remove it, and fry again. The tenderloin will be tender on the outside and tender on the inside.

Pour the excess oil and leave the bottom oil in the pot. You don’t need to wash the pot. Mix the water starch, tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and white sesame seeds to a boil. You can taste it yourself. If the sweet and sour is not enough, add it according to the taste.
