Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Blanch the water.

Wash the blanched steaks and place them in a frying pan for frying.

Fry until golden on both sides and remove.

Re-take a pot and add the fried steaks, then add ginger onion, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar and rock sugar.

Add appropriate amount of water.

Turn to low heat and simmer until the ribs are cooked.
