Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Add cooking wine to the pork ribs in a pot under cold water.

Boil the bleeding foam, remove and wash for later use.

Put a small handful of rock sugar in the pot and stir-fry to make the sesame oil color.

Add the ribs, green onions, ginger, star anise, and cinnamon.
5.
Stir-fry and add light soy sauce.
6.
Add boiling water to the ribs.

Season with salt, cover and simmer for 40 minutes.

Add rice vinegar and white sugar and stir fry evenly, sugar and vinegar 1:1.
9.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds.
10.
Take out the pan and serve.
