Some time ago, I had a meal with a friend in a vegetarian restaurant. One of the vegetarian ribs was made in a realistic shape. After tasting, it tasted good, sweet and sour, quite appetizing. So I tried to make a portion at home, but I didn't want to eat too oily. I didn't make the second re-frying. The sauce was cooked and mixed with the ingredients. The taste is not bad, but the appearance is much worse. Fortunately, the method is simple, and occasionally I can do a little to coax the child O(∩_∩)O~"

Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

1. Ingredients: fried dough sticks, lotus root, green onions, ginger.

2. The lotus root is peeled and cut into strips (formed into ribs), and the dough sticks are cut into shorter sections than the ribs.

3. Boil some water, add 1 tablespoon of salt, and blanch the lotus roots until cooked.

4. Pick up the cold water and drain it.

5. Use chopsticks or a knife to make a hole in the middle of the dough stick. (Pictured)

6. Put the lotus root sticks in the middle of the fried dough sticks (as shown in the picture) and take care of them.

7. Adjust the sweet and sour sauce: Use a bowl to put soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, cornstarch, chicken powder, add a little water and stir to form a sauce, set aside for later use.

8. Peel the ginger and slice, and cut the scallion into sections.

9. Pour a little oil in a hot pan, add the green onion and sliced ginger until fragrant.

10. Stir the sauce again for a while and pour it into the pot.

11. Pour the tomato sauce and stir fry evenly.

12. Pour in the cooked pork ribs and continue to fry for a while until the sauce is covered with the ribs.

13. Shovel, pot, and sprinkle some green onions~

Tips:

The sauce should be adjusted all at once, and the vegetarian ribs should not be mixed in the pot for too long, so as not to melt the fritters and affect the integrity of the appearance.
