Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

1. Wash the bought ribs and chop them into small pieces

2. Put the ribs in the pot, add the green onion, ginger and pepper to blanch water, remove the foam

3. After blanching, remove it for use

4. Also cut some green onion, ginger and garlic

5. Heat the frying pan, add the blanched ribs and fry in the pan
