Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Soak the ribs in water for half an hour to 1 hour, soak in bleeding water

Ribs blanched and drained for later use

Put rock sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce and ketchup together in a bowl

Scallions, sliced ginger and set aside

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add star anise and stir to get a fragrance

Turn to low heat and stir ribs

Add green onion and ginger and continue to stir until the meat is slightly browned

Add water, almost submerged the ribs

Add the seasoned sauce, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer on low heat.

Boil until the sauce is thick, collect the sauce over high heat, add salt, sprinkle in sesame seeds, and stir well.
