Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

The small row washes away the small bones and scum, rinses well

Rinse the small row and blanch it with water

Heat water in a pot, put in a small row of blanched water, add green onion and ginger and cook for 30 minutes.

Take out the cooked short ribs, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, vinegar, and marinate for 20 minutes

Put oil in the pan, add the marinated small ribs and fry to make golden brown (I only put a little oil in, and I used the half-fried and half-fried method.)

Pour out the excess oil.

Add the soup for cooking the ribs and the soup for marinating the ribs, simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat, add a spoonful of balsamic vinegar and turn to high heat to collect the soup.

Sprinkle a little sesame seeds on it, put it out and serve
