Moon cake moon, always make people gnash their teeth! It is always inevitable to send moon cakes to see and look a bit tired, let alone eat them!

Mooncakes are hot and humid, and eating more is bad for your health, especially for people with spleen deficiency and dampness, damp-heat physique, gluttony mooncakes can cause severe symptoms of dampness and heat.

Tired of mooncakes, you probably lose your appetite when you see big fish and meat, so let's have a sweet and sour appetizer dish---sweet and sour pork ribs!

This dish was originally a Shanghai dish, but it was modified by me according to my personal taste. Vegetarians are definitely suitable.

There are many explanations on the edible value of lotus roots on the Internet, so I won’t say much, but it must be said that the value of lotus roots is not as magical as the effects mentioned on the Internet, but the edible fiber is quite rich, so eat more in moderation. Point is also beneficial, especially after some oiliness, we need more fiber to help our body detoxify. Such a sweet and sour material is not suitable for it, ha! "

Tips:

Dip cornstarch directly before frying, instead of mixing cornstarch with water to make a batter and then dip it. The main reason is that you don’t want the pork ribs to become too big after being fried so that you can’t see the orange-red and orange-red “meat”. Fried pork ribs with batter will look fake~~~ But if it’s vegetarian and you don’t even eat eggs, then you can mix cornflour into batter, dip the batter and add some bread crumbs to fry it without the egg mixture. Right!

In addition, the tomato sauce I bought is sour, so I didn't add white vinegar. If you like to eat sour TX, you can add a small spoonful of white vinegar!
