Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

1. Boil the ribs.

2. Boil water in a casserole, add the ribs, add green onions and ginger slices, cover and cook for half an hour on medium-low heat.

3. Prepare the sauce: 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (1.5 light soy sauce, 0.5 dark soy sauce), 3 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of vinegar, 5 tablespoons of water, and a little salt.

4. Remove the spare ribs and drain the water. The bone broth can be used for others.

5. Heat a little oil in a pot, add ginger and garlic diced, and saute until fragrant.

6. Add the ribs and fry a few times.

7. Pour the sauce.
