Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Prepare pork ribs, soak and rinse with water

Add water to the pot, blanch the ribs and remove them for later use

Heat the pot, add a little cooking oil, add rock sugar and stir fry slowly

Stir fry until the rock sugar is completely melted

Add boiling water, the amount of water is about 3cm~5cm after the ribs

After boiling, add dark soy sauce, cooking wine and 3 tablespoons of vinegar, cover the pot and simmer for about 45 minutes

When the broth is boiled to the remaining 1/4, add some salt to taste and continue to cook

When the soup is boiled until thick, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to quickly stir and fry evenly out of the pan, sprinkle with white sesame seeds after the pan
Tips:
1. When frying the sugar color, keep the fire low and stir frying constantly
2. The time for simmering ribs can be adjusted according to the degree of softness and hardness you like
3. After the sugar color is fried, it should be boiled in boiling water to make the cooked meat more tender and tender.
