Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Put the ribs in a pot and add water, bring the water to a boil, boil for 2 minutes after the water is boiled, blanch the blood, remove the ribs, rinse, and control the moisture;

Heat the pan with oil, pour in the ribs and ginger slices;

Stir-fry the ribs until slightly yellow;

Add braised soy sauce and light soy sauce, stir fry evenly;

Add sugar and stir fry evenly;

Add warm water to submerge the ribs;

Bring to a high heat and turn to a low heat for about 30 minutes. The soup in the pot becomes less. Add vinegar and stir fry;

Add a little water to the cornstarch, pour it into the ribs, stir-fry evenly, coat the ribs with the sauce, and sprinkle a little chopped green onion after the pan is out.
Tips:
1. If you don't like scallion, you can leave it alone at the end.
