Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Chopped ribs and soak in water for one hour

Add cooking wine in a pot under cold water to blanch water to remove blood foam

Remove and wash with water

Accessories are ready

Add water to the stock pot, add pork ribs, green onions, ginger, star anise, pepper, cinnamon, bay leaves, boil over high heat and simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes

Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, balsamic vinegar, white pepper and salt to the stewed ribs for 30 minutes

Add oil in the hot pot, stir-fry the sugar color with white sugar over a small fire

Add salt to taste the ribs and hang the sugar color

Add the juice of salted pork ribs and the right amount of bone broth, add white sugar (add more) and simmer over high heat to make the juice. When the soup is thick, add the right amount of balsamic vinegar to personal taste and stir-fry evenly, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and serve.
