Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Ingredients: lotus root, raw gluten, tomato sauce, vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, corn starch.

I cut lotus root into strips. My knife is really bad. The lotus root is very crisp and cut unevenly. Don’t laugh at me, dear ones, haha
