Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Prepare the ingredients, and marinate the ribs with ginger, pepper, and salt for one night in advance (the marinated ribs are more delicious).

Wash the marinated ribs and cook in cold water

Add ginger, pepper, garlic, bay leaves

Bring to a low heat and simmer for five minutes before removing

Remove the controlled dry water for later use.

Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat it up

Turn to low heat and put in rock candy

Stir slowly to melt and heat to a caramel color.

Add ribs and a small amount of ginger

Stir fry until the ribs are all colored

Add light soy sauce and stir fry evenly

Add the previous gravy, not the ribs, and add Guanli apple cider vinegar.

Add salt and simmer slowly until you like the taste

Fry the sesame seeds midway and set aside.

Add sesame seeds and stir-fry until the juice is collected.

It is ready to be eaten out of the pan and served on a plate.
Tips:
1. The ribs are marinated for at least one night. I have cooked directly roasted ribs before, and they have not been marinated.
2. Adjust the amount of salt according to your taste.
