Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Peel potatoes and lotus root; cut potatoes into pieces, cut lotus root into thin strips; cut green onions into chopped green onions

Prepare a bowl, add light soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, dark soy sauce and starch water, stir well and set aside
