Sweet and Sour Potatoes

Wash the small potatoes, add water to the pot and boil, add a small amount of salt to the water

After the potatoes are cooked, let them cool in cold water, peel them, and cut into small pieces for later use.

Mince ginger and garlic, set aside half, add half to a small bowl, add salt, vinegar, white sugar, a few drops of soy sauce, a small amount of light soy sauce, and water to make sweet and sour sauce in the bowl.

Tips:
Don't add too much water to the sweet and sour sauce, as it will affect the taste. If the taste is not good, you can dip it with chopsticks and taste it, and adjust it appropriately.
