Sweet and Sour Potatoes

Put the cooking wine light soy sauce sweet and sour water into the container and stir until the sugar melts.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces, soak them in water.

Remove and drain the water.

Heat the pan, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, add the potato wedges and fry until the surface is golden brown.
