Sweet and Sour Prawns

The white prawns are thawed in advance.

Cut off the head, beard and legs of the shrimp, pick out the intestines from the second joint of the back, clean them, and cut them into small pieces. Slice the green onion and ginger, wash the frozen peas and corn kernels to remove the ice. Add a spoonful of starch to twice as much water to make a small bowl of water starch for later use.

Put oil in a hot pan and sauté the scallions and ginger, add corn and peas and sauté until fragrant.

Tips:
The shrimp must be removed from the head, beard and intestines, and then washed several times, the dishes will be fresh and not fishy.
