Sweet and Sour Prawns

Thaw prawns

Wash and pick out the shrimp thread

Peel the green onion and ginger, wash and shred, wash and cut coriander into sections

Add apple cider vinegar, salt and a small amount of soy sauce

According to your own taste, adjust the right amount of cold white open

Add the right amount of oil to the wok, add the prawns and stir fry

Tips:
The ratio of sweet and sour is up to my liking. I used 1.5 tablespoons of white sugar, 5 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, half a tablespoon of very fresh soy sauce, and 4 tablespoons of cold boiled juice. It is suitable for my own taste, with moderate sweetness and sourness.
