Sweet and Sour Prawns

1. Thaw prawns

2. Wash and pick out the shrimp thread

3. Peel the green onion and ginger, wash and shred, wash and cut coriander into sections

Tips:

The ratio of sweet and sour is up to my liking. I used 1.5 tablespoons of white sugar, 5 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, half a tablespoon of very fresh soy sauce, and 4 tablespoons of cold boiled juice. It is suitable for my own taste, with moderate sweetness and sourness.
