Sweet and Sour Pumpkin Balls

Peel and slice the pumpkin; put it in the microwave and bite on high heat for 4 minutes.

The cooked pumpkin is pressed into puree with a rolling pin.

Add flour to the pumpkin puree to make a slightly drier batter.

Heat the oil in the pot, use a small spoon to make the batter into a ball, put it in the oil and fry it until cooked.

The fried pumpkin balls don’t look so round.

Leave the oil in the pot, add a small amount of cold water, add sugar, salt, and white vinegar and stir fry.

Fry the sweet and sour sauce in the pan until thick and thick.
8.
Pour in the fried pumpkin balls and stir-fry them quickly; the pumpkin balls can be served when they are full of juice.
