Sweet and Sour Radish

Wash the carrots to both ends and cut into thin slices.

Then cut into even filaments.

Put the sliced radish into a large bowl. Add a little salt and marinate for 30 minutes. (The salting is to remove the spiciness of the radish).

The marinated radish shreds are dried by hand. Put it in a large bowl again. Add white sugar and white vinegar and mix well.
5.
The sweet and sour and refreshing shredded radish are mixed and served.
6.
Add a little coriander leaf as a garnish.
Tips:
Carrots can also be replaced with white radishes.
