Sweet and Sour Radish

Thinly sliced carrots

Add a tablespoon of salt to soften the salt, then rinse off the salt and pour out the water

The first step in making flowers. Fold the corner of the sliced radish, add a stamen in the middle, I used cordyceps flower for the stamen, not coriander stalks, red pepper 🌶️
