Sweet and Sour Radish Slices
1.
Prepare the ingredients
2.
Wash the radish and cut into thin slices for later use (you can peel off if you don’t like the skin, the skin is actually delicious, very crispy)
3.
Marinate the white radish with 3 teaspoons of salt for half an hour, drain off the water, and then boil it with boiling water (about a minute, to remove the radish flavor), remove the carrots, squeeze out the carrot juice with a juicer, and set aside
4.
Strain the carrot juice with a sieve, pour it into the radishes, soak for 1 to 2 hours, and color
5.
Finally, pour out the excess carrot juice, add 4 to 5 teaspoons of sugar, 4 teaspoons of white vinegar, mix evenly, cover tightly with a lid, and marinate overnight
6.
Cut the marinated radish slices in half and put them on a plate, arrange them into a flower shape, and pour sesame oil on it.
7.
It's crispy and delicious, it's a good meal...

You can also cut the carrot slices directly without carrot juice, marinate in salt for about half an hour, squeeze out the water, blanch it with boiling water, remove the radish flavor, drain the water, directly use 4 to 5 teaspoons of rice vinegar and 4 ~ 5 teaspoons of sugar to marinate overnight, and just add sesame oil the next day
Tips:
1) Do not boil the water for too long, so that it will not only remove the radish flavor, but also wash away the excess salt of the pickled radish
2) You can add a little pickled pepper if you like spicy food
3) It can also be cut into silk to make it easier to taste
4) Taste can be added according to your preference
