Sweet and Sour Sea Fish

Wash the sea fish, remove the internal organs and fish gills, rinse well

Wash and chop various ingredients
3.
Diagonal knife on both sides, sprinkle with white wine, salt and pepper and marinate for 10 minutes

Pour the right amount of oil into the wok, add sea fish, deep fry on both sides

Tips:
1. The raw fish and white wine are mainly used to remove fishy, and the taste is very fresh.
2. Use tomatoes instead of vinegar. If the acidity is not enough, add some vinegar.
