Considering that my son likes to eat sweet tastes, I specially made this sweet and sour short rib. The meat on the small rib is thick and easy to deboning. My son's little hand can just hold it in his hand. After eating the sweet juice left on his fingertips , You have to lick them clean one by one.

Sweet and Sour Short Ribs

1. Pork ribs in a pot under cold water, boil until the water boils, remove and rinse with warm water.

2. Put it in a basin, add green onion, ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and mix well. Marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Steam in the pot for 50 minutes.

4. Then pour oil in the pot, put the ribs in, and fry the surface to golden brown.

5. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, turn it to a low heat, add the ketchup and sugar, and quickly spread the sauce evenly.

6. Pour in the fried ribs, stir evenly, coat with sauce, and then drizzle with a little rice vinegar.

7. Add the right amount of salt.

8. Finally, pour in water and starch to thicken. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top of the pan.

Tips:

When heating the ketchup, turn it to a low heat so that the ketchup is not easy to splash everywhere.
