Sweet and Sour Shredded Mushroom

Wash and shred pleurotus eryngii, and diced garlic;

Heat oil on a low heat, and stir-fry the meat for a dry aroma;

Pour shredded mushrooms and garlic granules;
4.
Stir-fry the shredded mushrooms over high heat until the shredded mushrooms become soft, then add a sauce made from light soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, sugar, chicken essence, and starch;
5.
Stir-fry evenly, sprinkle with green onions;
6.
Pour in sesame oil and stir well.
