Sweet and Sour Spanish Mackerel

Spanish mackerel, garlic cloves, dried chili, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, cooking wine, five-spice noodles, salt, starch.

Wash and cut the sliced Spanish mackerel, add salt, cooking wine, and five-spice noodles to marinate for 20 minutes to taste.
