Sweet and Sour Spicy Pork Ribs
1.
Cut the ribs into small pieces, soak them in clean water for 1 hour to wash away the blood stains.
2.
Add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, cooking wine and marinate for 1 hour.
3.
Put the cornstarch into the basin, mix it with the ribs, and hang it into a thin paste.
4.
Fry in the frying pan until golden and ripe, remove and drain the oil.
5.
After frying the ribs, pour out the oil, use the remaining bit of oil to fry the red pepper, parsley, and green onions until they are broken and serve.
6.
Heat the pan, add oil, add 1 bag of sweet and sour hot sauce
7.
Add the ribs and stir well.
8.
When it comes out of the pan, add the parsley, red pepper, and green onions that have been fried before, and stir-fry until it is out of the pan.
Tips:
1. After the ribs are soaked in water, blanching can be omitted, and the meat is relatively softer and more juicy.
2. When marinating in the early stage, the marinating should not be too heavy, just right, because the sweet and sour hot sauce should be added at the end.
3. Parsley, red pepper, these garnishes, can be added or not, depending on your own situation.
