Sweet and Sour Spinach

Blanch spinach in a pot of boiling water to remove oxalic acid. (Don’t take a long time, you can also add a little salt to the pot to prevent spinach

Let the spinach cool and squeeze out the water. (To fully squeeze dry, so as to fully absorb the flavor of the seasoning)

Squeeze dried spinach and chop finely. (For children, cut into the end, or cut into sections)
4.
Peel the ginger and chop into puree
5.
Add ginger sesame oil, light soy sauce, vinegar, salt and sugar to make a flavored sauce
6.
Cut the sausage into fine ends. (You don’t need to add it, add the color to look better, the child likes it more)
7.
Pour spinach, diced sausage and sauce together and mix well
8.
Use a mold to buckle out the shape and sprinkle the walnuts on top.
