In the past, my son never touched green leafy vegetables like spinach. Only when he chopped it up in this way would he barely eat a few bites. In order to get my son to eat vegetables, I have tried my best. I always chopped up the vegetables for salad, or made pie to make meatballs. Fortunately, my son started to like vegetables slowly, and now I eat everything.

Ingredients

Sweet and Sour Spinach

1. Blanch spinach in a pot of boiling water to remove oxalic acid. (Don’t take a long time, you can also add a little salt to the pot to prevent spinach

2. Let the spinach cool and squeeze out the water. (To fully squeeze dry, so as to fully absorb the flavor of the seasoning)

3. Squeeze dried spinach and chop finely. (For children, cut into the end, or cut into sections)

5. Add ginger sesame oil, light soy sauce, vinegar, salt and sugar to make a flavored sauce
