Sweet and Sour Tenderloin

Cut the tenderloin into long strips, grab well with salt, and marinate for half an hour

Mix starch, flour and eggs well, add tenderloin and stir evenly, let stand for 15 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan, medium heat, put the tenderloin one by one

Pick it up when the skin is a bit hard

Turn the oil on to high heat, put the meat in again, and fry it until the outer skin is hard and crisp, then remove the oil

Add water, tomato sauce and sugar to the pot and mix well. After boiling, pour in the tenderloin and mix well. Dip the juice on the meat.
