Sweet and Sour Tiger Skin Pepper

Wash the hot peppers and remove the seeds in the middle if you are afraid of hot peppers. If you are not afraid of hot peppers, don't take them out.

Chopped green onions.

Put the chopped green onion into a bowl, add sweet and sour soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch and water and stir to make sweet and sour sauce.

Add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil to the pot.

Add sharp peppers and fry on medium-low heat.

Fry until spots appear on the skin, pour in the sweet and sour sauce.

Bring to a boil, the sweet and sour sauce is thickened, and it is basically wrapped in the hot peppers and then the heat can be turned off.
Tips:
1. Use medium and small fire when stir-frying.
2. The sauce can be adjusted while testing the taste until it suits your taste.
