Sweet and Sour Tofu

Just prepare the ingredients in advance.

Prepare dishes: Cut the tofu into 0.5 cm thick slices, use kitchen paper to absorb the surface moisture, chopped green onion, and set aside

Frying: After the oil has heated to 80%, put the tofu in the pan in turn, and fry on low heat until golden on both sides, take out to absorb the oil

Seasoning: Mix 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce + 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar + starch + water, stir well to make a sauce

Coloring: Keep the bottom oil in the pot for heating, add tofu, pour the sauce, collect the juice on high heat and serve it on the plate, sprinkle with sesame and green onion
Tips:
1. The purpose of using old tofu instead of soft tofu is to prevent too much water, splashing and hurting people when frying, and the taste of tofu will be affected if it is fried.
2. Because it is sweet and sour, the ratio of teriyaki sauce and vinegar can be coordinated according to personal taste.
