Sweet and Sour Tofu

Wash the old tofu with water, wipe off the water, and cut into pieces

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the electric baking pan, and fry the tofu in the pan after the oil is hot

Fry until golden on one side and then turn over

Take a small bowl, mix salt, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, tomato sauce, water starch and mix well

Chop a little green onion and set aside

Take a wok, put a little oil in the pan, put the fried tofu in, then pour the adjusted sauce in, stir fry evenly, and collect the juice on high heat

After harvesting the juice over high heat, pour out the tofu, sprinkle with sesame and chopped green onion while it is hot, and serve
