Sweet and Sour White Radish

One white radish, one ginger, one small bag of Chinese wolfberry, appropriate amount of sugar and vinegar.

Slice the white radish and stir well with salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes, and then squeeze out the radish water.

Put the dried radish slices in a basin, add slices of ginger, wolfberry (wash it clean), add sugar, add white vinegar (how much sugar and vinegar are added, I don’t think it can highlight the sweetness, nor the acidity. To offset the sweet and sour balance in order to be delicious).

Once it's stirred, it's ready to eat.

Put the lid on and put it in the refrigerator for a week, because the vinegar and sugar are fresh.
