Sweet and Spicy Chicken Noodles

Wash the chicken breast, spring onion, and ginger with clean water, drain the water and set aside.

Slice ginger, chop green onion (1/2 of the prepared green onion), cut chicken breast into pieces, pour in cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes, then wash.

Tips:

Because the dark soy sauce and sweet chili sauce have a salty taste, I didn't add any salt. Without adding chicken essence, the less condiments, the healthier. Sweet chili sauce and chili oil are actually not that spicy, and I only added a spoonful of them, which is acceptable to people who do not eat too much spicy. If you have time, you must try it yourself. Adding the time to marinate the chicken, 30 minutes is enough. It is sweet and slightly spicy. It is really delicious.
