Sweet and Spicy Prawns

For the prawns, remove the shrimp feet, shrimp whiskers, shrimp guns, and shrimp threads. Add salt, pepper, and cooking wine, mix well and set aside.

Put red wine vinegar, sugar, and chili sauce in a bowl, mix well and set aside.

Put the shrimp in the wok when the oil is hot.

Fried shrimp.

Stir-fry until red and discolored, and cook the wine to remove the fishy.

Add water and cook.

Pour the juice into a bowl and turn on high heat to collect the juice.

When the soup is dry, turn off the heat and sprinkle chopped green onions.
Tips:
The prawns have been salted when they are marinated, so they don’t need to be added when they are fried.
