Sweet Chicken

Ingredients: chicken breast.
Seasoning: salt, pepper powder, soybean oil, red wine, potato powder, sugar, tomato sauce.

Put the diced chicken in a bowl, beat an egg liquid, add a spoonful of potato flour, a little red wine, a little salt, and a little pepper powder. Grab evenly.

Put soybean oil in the pot and heat it up. Slip the chicken into the oil.
After the chicken is in the pot, stir it with chopsticks so as not to stick together.
After the oil is over, place the chicken diced on a plate to control the oil for later use.

Take a spoonful of potato flour, put it in a small bowl, and add half a bowl of water. Put salt and sugar. There is also tomato sauce.

Tips:
