Glutinous rice flour, 30g sweet-scented osmanthus and warm water, knead into a ball;

Cut one side of two kinds of jujube to remove the jujube core;

Put an appropriate amount of glutinous rice dough into red dates;

Put 100ml of water and rock sugar in a small pot. After the rock sugar has melted, add maltose, 15g sweet osmanthus, salt, rose wine, cook until thick and turn off the heat;

Steam on the steamer for about 10 minutes;

Pour the syrup evenly into the steamed glutinous rice dates.
Tips:
1. The candied date itself is a semi-processed date with sugar, which has a high sugar content, so be careful when you eat it;
