Sweet Potato Cake

Prepare the ingredients, mix the rice noodles with water to make a slurry, and chop all the ingredients for later use.

Turn on the oil pan, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, add the parsley, sausage, dried shrimp, toulai, sweet potato and all the seasonings, stir-fry, add the flour paste, and cook into a batter.

Tips:
Don't put too much sweet potato, too much will make it sticky.
