Sweet Potato Pumpkin Baking

Boil the broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes in advance, and cut the blanched broccoli into small pieces. Cut sweet potatoes and pumpkin into small cubes, the smaller the better.

Put the chopped broccoli, sweet potato diced, and pumpkin diced into a bowl and mix, then add 40g of flour and 10g of grated cheese and stir.

Add about 50 grams of water and stir to form a paste.

Heat up the pan with hot oil, scoop out 15g of paste, knead it into a circle and press it into a flake shape, turn it over and fry until golden brown over low heat!
Tips:
1. Fry in a non-stick pan to prevent sticking, and use less oil!
2. It must be cooked slowly over a small fire!
