Swimming Crab Congee

Wash the rice, put it in a casserole, add some broth

Start cooking porridge and add more soup. Cut the shiitake mushrooms into small pieces and cook them together in the porridge. When the porridge is cooked, start washing and processing the crabs.

Remove the inedible things like gills, cut the meat into small pieces, stir up the frying pan, sauté the minced garlic and ginger, add the minced crabs, add some cooking wine and stir fry

Put the fried crab into the cooked porridge and put a small amount of salt

Add pepper and sprinkle ginger, chopped green onion, and top with sesame oil.
Tips:
Generally, when making crab porridge, just put the crab in the porridge. I think it will be more fragrant with garlic.
