The weather is hot and cold, the air quality is too poor, sunny days with smog, rainy days, freezing people, easy to catch colds and coughs! Sydney lung juice can not only moisturize the lungs, relieve coughs, add ginger, but also prevent colds! A cup of warmth for the family is a deep love ❤️"

Sydney Lung Juice

1. One Sydney pear, peeled;

2. Cut the pear into small pieces;

3. Put the Sydney pear into a juicer and squeeze it into juice

4. Sydney juice ready for use;

5. Take 6 small red dates and cut into small particles;

6. Cut 5-6 strips of ginger;

7. Take about 1000ml of mineral water in the health pot;

8. Add the squeezed pear juice;

9. Add dates and ginger;

10. Put in an appropriate amount of brown sugar cubes;

11. Choose the flower and fruit tea mode for the health pot and start cooking (if you don’t use the health pot, you can use a soup pot, after the high heat is boiled, the medium heat will continue to cook for half an hour)

12. When the temperature reaches 100 degrees, start rolling, add appropriate amount of brown sugar;

13. Add a small piece; (you can taste the sweetness after rolling, don’t add too much)

14. Humhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, it is done!

15. Pour a glass for my husband~

Tips:

When choosing pears, choose the pears that are more watery, refreshing, and sour. They don’t taste so good when cooked~
