Sydney Meatloaf Soup
1.
A piece of lean meat on the front leg and wash it.
2.
The pork is pureed with a blender, and it is done in a few seconds, then add a spoonful of arrowroot powder, a spoonful of salt, a few drops of ginger juice, and chop into the puree.
3.
Group into a ball.
4.
Press it into a round pie with your hands and put it in a casserole.
5.
One Sydney pear, choose the juicy one, the sweeter the taste, the better.
6.
Peel and cut into slices.
7.
The pear slices are also put in a casserole.
8.
Add the right amount of hot water, and then gently push the meatloaf with a spoon, so that it will not stick to the pan.
9.
Bring to a boil on high heat, cook on low heat for 20 minutes, taste the taste before serving, and add a small amount of salt.
10.
Don't add too much seasoning to cover up the sweetness of the soup itself.
